Team Mairsy, is a place that welcomes everyone. As soon as you walk through the doors into the gym, Stephen will begin helping you transform your mind, body and spirit. 


Some of what we offer

  • Boxing: Specialised boxing pad work and fight training techniques to suit the fighter or for just general fitness. 
  • Weight Training: Weights are an important part of any exercise routine. Incorporating weights into your cardio routine will help increase muscle mass as well as hardening up your body.
  • Kettlebells: Kettlebells are used for full body training. A great variety of moves to add into your trying routine. Originating from Russia in the 19th century and still used to this day.
  • Thai Boxing: Thai Boxing is the ancient martial art of Thailand. Known as the ‘art of eight limbs’. It combines the use of hands, elbows, knees and kicks in combat fighting or just general fitness. 
  • Body Weight Training: This will give the client ideas on training in the house without the use of any specialised equipment.
  • Self Defence: Learn how to defend yourself by learning locks, holds and throws. (You don’t always punch and kick out of a fight!)

Yes. While in your training session only you and your trainer will be in the gym.

Your trainer is very observant while in a training session and will help you gauge when you require a rest.

Your trainer will have a variety of exercises for you to choose from. 

You should wear loose clothing that is comfortable.

Your trainer is a qualified sports massage therapist, who can determine what you can and cannot do with each piece of equipment.

Yes. These are your sessions. But they should only observe and not interrupt your training session.

Yes, parents’ consent must be given to the trainer on the first personal training session. We do this by inviting the parent to come to the first training session.

Yes your trainer will discuss your eating habits and help you get the best eating/dieting plans.
