Identifying your strengths and weaknesses is one of the first things that your Hypnotherapy / Counselling Coach will aim to do. Everybody has their own unique strengths and weaknesses and these must be identified if you want to become your best self. Hypnotherapy / Counselling Coaching requires a lot of work and dedication. In order to get the most out of your coaching sessions, it’s important that you’re ready to start making changes and addressing your weaknesses. It can be tough addressing your weaknesses, but your coach will guide you through and make you feel at ease. It’s worth it in the long term you’ll become stronger, more motivated, and more confident.

What Is Audio Hypnotherapy?
This is my unique way of giving hypnotherapy sessions, the audio session is built around the client and their needs. The client will hear my voice and also frequency music specially picked for a relaxing atmosphere that I create, the audio session usually lasts around 20 to 30 minutes, although it can be more. The client relaxes back in a comfortable chair with headphones on, the audio is comfortably playing for your ears. It is not unusual for the client to fall asleep, but the session is not lost as the subconscious mind takes the session in. When the session is over, I will tap the clients foot lightly to bring them out of a sleep state, then we talk for about another 10 to 15 minutes.

Home Visits / Video Call
I’m happy to inform you that we now offer home visits for our services, along with video call sessions via popular platforms such as Zoom and FaceTime.
